  Watchtower literature is full of ''loaded language''.

  Used to indoctrinate, what about the countless lives lost to a deadly blood policy, suicide from being df'd/shunned and young lives upended by a stone-aged two witness rule when it comes to child abuse.

  WT literature is very slanted when it comes to prayer/ worship and leaving things out or quoting things out of context. Scripted too.

  scholar and fisherman, i started this thread because i didn't want to highjack the one in regard to 588/568.. i just wanted to ask if you were both current active jw's that believe the jw's beliefs?.

  do y'all believe the gb are the f&ds?

  if the answers are no, then why do y'all defend so passionately the date 607?

  Christine does in fact give those elders answering the phones a black eye. Bruises and fat lips. She knows the JW doctrine better than they do.

  i am relating this happening.

  i shared some thoughts from the 1989 question from readers concerning christ being mediator between god and man ( the wt spinning that he isn't ) and also the paragraph in that same article that plainly says: clearly, then the new covenant is not a loose arrangement open to all mankind.

  it is a carefully arranged legal provision involving god and anointed christians.

  If I were an elder, or some holier than holy JW answering the phone at the KH,,,I would just dread it if I answered and it was Christine/or Bridget from AZ.
